The site is in Puchong, well located within close proximity to many developed higher end commercial and housing developments.

The uniquely 14 acres triangle shaped site is a mixed development which the sustainable micro commercial and residential green city, a liveable place for work with the inclusion of three service apartment towers. A shopping street-cumpedestrian walkway cuts across the entire development. There will be two anchor development components with the prime office towers as a marker on one and the shopping mall at the other end, which is connected with the green street.

The design inspirations are green park – like structures and urban parks. The design proposal later has been translated into an urban oasis that is able to sustain various types of greenery. The result is continuous greenery from the ground area all the way to the rooftop. The circular shapes of the high-rise structures represent various tree trunks and the angular low-rise structures symbolise the various undergrowth. The sustainability design meets the silver rating under the Green Building Index.
