As per Option 1, one wing of the Yacht Club is for public use and the other part is for private use. The lightweight soft cell roof of the building is supported by a mass and tensile structure to cover the rooftop. The ground floor shall be open and without walls for uninterrupted view of the sea. The rooftop of this building can be used as games area or as a function area. |
