Design Approach
The master plan of this development calls for a housing development within a tropical setting using modern vernacular architecture. In our design, we incorporated large roof overhangs with terra cotta roof tiles. The layering of roof forms and the colour of its façade adds to the tropical expression. Landscape also plays an important factor in providing a natural green setting.
Internally and within the built up area, each unit is provided with living, sitting area, dining, guest room, courtyard, kitchen area at the ground floor. On the 1st floor 4 bedrooms, study and family area are provided. |
