Dessign Approach
In our master plan we approached at the overall development by connecting the existing buildings with the newly proposed buildings, via a new pedestrian boulevard. The three existing buildings are the UOB building, KWSP building and the Menara Tradewinds. Once completed, this development will transformed the area into a fashionable commercial, residential, shopping and banking precinct or district of Kuala Lumpur.
The building architecture expression used for this area is to give a rise to a modern contemporary architecture, to elevate the present image of the area and to reflect Kuala Lumpur fast changing status of being an integrated progressive financial center of the South East Asia region. |
