Background Information
A 13 acres resort development in Langkawi Island at Bukit Wang Temoyong. The proposed site is located by the mouth of the Temoyong River, next to a fisherman’s jetty. The site is hilly and undulating with spectacular view of Pulau Dayang Bunting and the Andaman Sea.

The original master plan consists of 12 units of duplex, 21 units villas, 35 units club house service apartments, 15 units link bungalows, 18 units bungalows, 16 units link bungalows and one large super villa located at the highest point of the site. These units are primarily Resort bungalows which are for sale to purchaser as their holiday homes in Langkawi.

These units are designed to be approximately 1636 sq ft apartments with a total of number of 45 units housed in 5-7 storey blocks, overlooking the sea and the nearby Islands. The apartments block facade treatments features many tropical architectural elements such as lanais, large windows, outdoor bathtubs and large overhangs. Timber panels are also used on the outside walls to soften the facade and to reflect its surrounding natural context. Each apartment units shall have 3 bedrooms attached bathrooms with living, dining and kitchen.

Type A, link bungalows comprises of 4 units of 3½ storey units, complete with a balcony pool with a total built up area of 6,200 sq ft. The units shall also consists of 2 living areas, dining area, family room, 4 bedrooms, games area and a garage for 2 cars.

Type B, link bungalows comprises of 4 units of 3½ storey units on a curvature slope site. The sizes of each units varies from 6,000 sq ft to 7,5000 sq ft. Each units has almost identical floor plans but varies in size due to the terrain. Overall, each units will be provided with a balcony pool, 2 living areas, dining area, family room, 4 bedrooms and a garage for 2 cars.

Type C, link bungalows comprises of 4 units 2½ storey of 5,500 sq ft built up area. Each units will be provided with a pool, 2 living areas, dining area, family area, 4 bedrooms and a garage for 2 cars.

Type D, link bungalows, also known as signature houses, with a built up area of 8,300 sq ft. These 3 units of 2½ storey were designed to allow for a complete guest house with a separate entrance. The main house will be provided with living rooms, dining room, a utility room, family room and a roof top lap pool. The guest house area shall have 1 bedroom, its own kitchen, dining room, living room, carpark and landscape garden.

Type E are 3 storeys duplexes of 12 units to be built on a elevated sloping site facing the “muara” or the mouth of Temoyong River. Each units with a built up area of 5,050 sq ft were designed as clusters with each cluster consits of 3 units. Its has panoramic view of the Andaman Seas.

Each unit will have, a kitchen with utility room, garage for 2 cars, living and dining room on the ground floor. On the lower floor, there are a family room, kitchenette, games room, large balconies and a suspended pool.

On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and family lounge.
