Background Information ATSA was commissioned to design only 66 units of super semi-detached (4,500 sq ft) and 52 units super-linked houses (3,500 sq ft) which are to be located on part of the development land along LDP highway near Seri Kembangan.

Design Approach The design approach called for a Contemporary Modern design in line with the recent trend of new generation at house designs in Malaysia.
Clean line design, lightweight metal roofs and well-chosen materials are used for the architectural expression of the Contemporary Modern house. Well conceptual sized spaces with high ceiling and windows were incorporated for natural cross ventilation, allowing hot air to rise and dissipated as well as to capture the picturesque views of UPM field. Sun-shading devices were also introduced to protect the glass areas from divest sunlight without obstructing the outside views.
