Our client had the intention to build service apartments / hotel and an office-suites building by the riverbank of the Kuching River, Sarawak, reminiscent of the past colonial era in Borneo. For us, this is one of our founding projects 10 years ago when we started.

We created a "Bidayuh" style pavilion, incorporated into the design as a dining and entertainment outlet that complements the Kuching riverside promenade. Our design was later implemented and completed by SOM Architect of Kuching.
