Our design approach here, is to use steel structure to create buildings that is sensitive to its environment, climate and reflect the present day. Our intention is to reflect the technological advances that will create a building, which is cost effective and elegant. In our design, we are more concern of its surroundings and at the same time create a catalyst for growth and add dynamism to the city center
The full extent of the site is used and we planned for the building and its functions to relate to the surrounding activities to create a sense of purpose and meaning. This will in turn, contribute to the growth of Kuala Kangsar.
We also understand that, using materials and architectural style that is uncommon in an area rich in history and historical buildings, will attract many criticism. It is then imperative for us that the building has to function well to the users and accepted by the general public.
