SELANGOR
SRI DAMANSARA CONDOMINIUM
Phase 1
This first phase Sri Damansara Development Condominium totaling 432 units is part of a major condominium development on Phase 1 A-1 in Sri Damansara.

The first phase consists of 2 high-rise blocks and several low-rise blocks with shared amenities and garden/park. The first phase is now completed and fully occupied.
Phase 2
This second phase was broken into several sub phases due to the economic downturn with a total units of 412.

The second phase consists of mainly mid-rise and low-rise blocks and are now under construction.

In our design, we used Vernacular Architecture in a linear floor plan to fit into its tropical surrounding. Phase 2 will also have it's own shared amenities and garden/park exclusively for Phase 2 dwellers.
Phase 3
The 3rd phase is waiting for planning approval by the authority and will eventually have 3 high rise, point block totaling 500 units of apartments. Due to the terrain, one of the blocks is located lower than the twin blocks and as a result, we proposed 2 separate sets of shared amenities to cater for the needs of the apartment dwellers. In the third phase, we used Vernacular Architecture to compliment the second phase.

Sri Damansara Condominium
We were commissioned to design three parcels of Condominium development in Bandar Sri Damansra totaling approximately 1300 units. In our designs of each parcel, we introduced a vernacular architectural style with large overhangs and "Lanais" to depict a truly tropical setting for high-rise dwellings

Hillcrest Sri Gombak
The following illustrations are our various design proposals done for Hillcrest Development in Sri Gombak. Although, the project did not go through due to the economic slowdown, we would like to feature some of our design capabilities in carrying of various sizes and types.

The proposed 398 units of low rise medium cost apartments are located at the outskirts of the city of Shah Alam, surrounded by various types of mixed development. In our site planning, we carefully place individual blocks in clusters around a centralized green park-like area, separating parking and circulation to the perimeter and making the central green area a safe haven for children.

Condominium Development Taman Melawati Selangor
This high cost condominium living development is located on a sloping site in Taman Melawati, Ulu Kelang. Its steep slope and stringent building code provide challenging constraints for such a project, with its surrounding that is mainly consisting of many detached double storey houses.

Our proposed design projects a resort living environment using contemporary vernacular architectural forms. Each low rise block will be built to suit the natural contours to prevent excessive hill cutting and utilization of stilts. Again, the major feature here is the central courtyard that accommodates a large vanishing edge pool and waterfall, or overlooking with a panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline.

88 Units, Condominium Klang, Selangor
This proposal to an individual landowner was carried out in the mid-1990'a and was intended to introduce luxurious condominium living to Klang, a medium sized twn on the west coast. This development proposal consisted of several low rise blocks and a tower. Distinctive features from vernacular architectural forms are extracted and adapted to teh larger scale of higher density housing.
