ATSA Architects (ATSA) is a architectural firm registered with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM). The Principals / Directors and founders of ATSA are members of the Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) and the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID). ATSA was formally registered with Malaysian Board of Architects on July 3, 1992 by founders Ar. Azim and Ar. Zulqaisar.
ATSA Architects’ headquarters is located at Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur, and it is one of the most highly computerised, medium-sized architectural firms in Malaysia. ATSA Architects has a fully networked, server base computer system that allows staff to access architectural drawings from different terminals. The firm has invested intensively on its IT division with state-of-the-art hardware and software to better serve its clients.
Although its team is capable of producing impressive freehand rendering for presentations, ATSA Architects also combines computer 3D rendering for impressive, realistic multiple images to enable clients to view their of various projects before they are built.
Over the past two decades, ATSA Architects has grown from a small outfit to a renowned company with a staff strength of 80. It has carried out numerous architectural design works in all states in Malaysia. With its involvement in many projects throughout the country, it has seen the benefits to establish branch offices in Penang, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, including a practice in Sharjah, UAE. It is ATSA Architects’ philosophy to always serve clients with quality customer service wherever they are located, thus the reason for setting up onsite offices in the bustling new townships of Bintulu, Sarawak and Sandakan, Sabah. There are also plans to expand to the southern peninsula with a new branch office in Johor’s Iskandar Region.

2012 marks a milestone for ATSA Architects as it celebrates its 20th anniversary. Already, the management has identified key goals for the next few decades that would mark new growth areas and specialisation in key disciplines. It aims to position itself as THE CHOICE architectural firm for Architectural and Sustainability Design services.
ATSA Architects is a certified MS ISO 9001:2008 company; it has upgraded its certification to QESH Management System programme to qualify and meet the quality standards for ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
ATSA Architects is currently associated with OWMP International, an Architectural firm (www.owmp.wordpress.com) based in Brunei Darussalam. OWMP International provides services in architecture, interior design, urban design, project management and Lab consultant in Brunei Darussalam.

ATSA Architects believes in Architecture which is both Progressive and Innovative that reflects its time. Architecture has to exist in relation to its particular context, climate and culture. More importantly, architecture has to serve its users’ or inhabitant needs. Although our built structures affect its context, environment and the population, we as architects must complement and to a larger extent, improve the surrounding.
As we herald a new year that promises great opportunities, the founders together with ATSA Architect’s creative and efficient staff stand to take the company to create and become involved in even more illustrious projects that define great architectural designs, planning and interior design works.
